Shelby American has unveiled the second generation of the high-performance F-150 Super Snake Sport pickup. The new model is based on the two-door Ford F-150 Regular Cab and combines a classic layout with significantly upgraded engineering. Maximum power reaches 810 hp, and the total production run is limited to 500 units.

At the heart of the new model is a production Ford F-150 XL with a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine, which in its standard configuration produces 400 hp. For an additional cost, Shelby installs a proprietary mechanical supercharger, which more than doubles the output to 810 hp.
In addition to the boosted engine, the vehicle received an upgraded intake system, new fuel injectors, a reinforced cooling system with an aluminum heat exchanger, and other modifications, including special spark plugs.
The chassis also underwent serious modernization. The pickup received an adjustable coilover suspension, rear traction bars for improved grip during acceleration, enlarged Baer brake discs, a Shelby sport exhaust system, and 22-inch wheels with high-performance Michelin tires. Compared to the standard F-150, the ground clearance is noticeably lower, which improves handling on asphalt.
Orders are now open. The price of the Shelby F-150 Super Snake Sport starts at $115,795 (approximately 9.2 million rubles), making it significantly more expensive than a regular Ford F-150 XL and even the recently introduced four-door Ram 1500 Rumble Bee SRT.
