Bentley introduced the Torcal — a five-meter SUV and the brand's first fully electric production model. Production will begin in Crewe in early 2027. The car will become Bentley's fourth model line. 

The top-end Torcal S version is equipped with two electric motors and develops up to 888 hp and 1350 Nm with Launch Control activated. This SUV, weighing about 2.7 tons, accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 260 km/h. The regular Torcal produces 821 hp and 1194 Nm. 

The Torcal received the fully active Bentley Active Ride suspension: each shock absorber is controlled separately, so engineers were able to abandon traditional anti-roll bars. The system is complemented by a full-wheel steering chassis with rear wheels turning up to five degrees. The turning circle of the five-meter SUV is only 11.1 m. 

The 113.2 kWh battery operates at 800 V. The declared range reaches 600 km according to WLTP, and charging with up to 400 kW allows the charge to be replenished from 10 to 80% in 16 minutes.

Significantly, Bentley deliberately did not use the full available power of the related platform: engineers explained the limitation by the fact that many owners perceive sharper acceleration as uncomfortable.
