Rare VAZ-2107 intended for export is being sold in Russia

The 36-year-old car has a mileage of only 6,200 km

A rare VAZ-2107 model from 1989, intended for export, is up for sale on Auto.ru. Over 36 years, the car has traveled only 6,200 km, all this time being with one owner.

The car has retained its original factory tires, wheels and trim, the body has a light beige native color, the interior has gray fabric. It is noteworthy that anti-corrosion treatment, fender liners and even a radio were not installed on the car. This is an export version, which includes two external rear-view mirrors and headlight washers with wipers - a rarity for the "sevens" of those years.

Under the hood is a 1.6-liter engine with 75 hp (instead of the standard 1.5 for the domestic market), paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes about 15 seconds, the maximum speed is 150 km/h, the urban fuel consumption is declared at 9.6 l/100 km.

They are asking 1,285,000 rubles for the Soviet "seven" in excellent condition.
