Russian President Vladimir Putin gifted a new Ural motorcycle to a biker from Alaska, Mark Warren, according to the head of the VGTRK bureau in the USA, Valentin Bogdanov.
Warren used to ride an Ural in Anchorage, but he started having problems with buying spare parts due to the imposed anti-Russian sanctions.
Warren himself called the Ural a "simply magnificent" vehicle and admitted that the gift was a surprise for him.
This motorcycle runs much smoother, much nicer. I like my old one too, but this one is obviously much better. It's newer, it's more precise in handling. You know, this machine is simply magnificent, I'm speechless. It's amazing, thank you very much
It is specified that the gift was sent to the biker through Russian diplomats. As noted by the Counselor-Envoy of the Russian Embassy in the United States, Andrei Ledenev, the motorcycle is a personal gift from President Putin.
