KAMAZ on the Race Track: "Igora Drive" Becomes the Presentation Venue for New Models

4 New Generation K5 Models Were Presented

Last week, KAMAZ presented its latest models in St. Petersburg. On August 21, the "Igora Drive" racetrack hosted a promotional event, part of the "Dynamic Displays of KAMAZ Vehicles" series, which the automaker conducts in major Russian cities.

Such events mainly invite potential buyers of грузовой техники (trucking equipment). As part of the test drive held in St. Petersburg, they had the opportunity to evaluate four new K5 generation models in motion. These included: a refrigerated van on the KAMAZ-65658 chassis, a KAMAZ-65951 dump truck, a KAMAZ-65659 road train with a NEFAZ dump semi-trailer, and a KAMAZ-54902 road train with a TZA 588510-0300211-08 semi-trailer.

Several K5 vehicles were presented at the exhibition, which took place simultaneously with the test drive. Visitors could see the KAMAZ-65952 and KAMAZ-6595 dump trucks, two modifications of the KAMAZ-54901 tractor unit, the KAMAZ-53251 flatbed truck with sliding curtains, as well as the flatbed truck with a crane-manipulator unit on the KAMAZ-65658 chassis and the KAMAZ-65654 model. In recent years, KAMAZ has been actively developing the K5 line of vehicles, replacing components lost due to sanctions and expanding the product range.
