ATS Auto has published the first shots of the pre-production Lada Granta sedan running on propane. A 45-liter gas cylinder is located in the spare wheel well.
The refueling fitting is located under the fuel filler flap, which protects the fitting from external influences and eliminates the need for additional holes in the bumper.
When creating the propane version of the Granta, specialists relied on past experience in operating methane modifications of passenger cars.
Currently, the new version of Granta is undergoing final road tests, the car is operated daily. The date of the novelty's appearance at dealers is currently unknown.
