The Russian car market will be supplemented in 2025 with a new domestic brand Normax, which specializes in commercial vehicles with a semi-bonnet design. Sales will begin in October.
The brand's firstborn will be a front-wheel drive all-metal van capable of carrying up to 910 kg of cargo, an analogue of Dongfeng K33. The car will be equipped with a 2-liter 143 hp turbodiesel engine along with a 6-speed manual transmission.
According to forecasts, the annual sales volume will be from 2 to 3 thousand units. All Normax models presented on the market will belong to category N1 with a carrying capacity of up to 1 ton.
In the future, it is planned to expand the model range with passenger and cargo-passenger versions, as well as chassis. The Normax brand has Russian origin and is focused only on the domestic market.
