The new Tenet T8 crossover, localized in the Kaluga region and based on the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, has begun to arrive at official dealer showrooms. Cars are available for purchase in 2 trim levels - Prime and Ultra. The maximum Ultra configuration will cost the buyer 3.79 million rubles, Prime - 3.54 million rubles. The technical part of both cars is identical - a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine paired with a seven-speed robotic gearbox.
The car comes from the factory with all-wheel drive and 6 driving modes: "Mud", "Snow", "4x4", "Sport", "Standard" and "Eco". The basic configuration includes a full winter package, improved sound insulation due to the acoustic windshield, LED DRLs and rear dimensions, side mirrors with electric drive and heating.
The maximum configuration differs from the basic one by the presence of 19-inch wheels, ventilation deflectors for 3rd row passengers, a dark graphite ceiling, under-threshold and mirror lighting, a large number of airbags (9 instead of 6 in the base) and speakers (10 instead of 8).
The main competitors of the new product in the Russian market are Geely Atlas, Haval F7/F7x, Changan CS75.
