AvtoVAZ has expanded its industrial tourism program, launched in May 2024, with a new format - off-road expeditions in Lada Niva Legend cars. During this time, the plant in Togliatti was visited by over a thousand tourists in about 70 groups. Now the company offers a unique project "In the Footsteps of Legends", which combines a visit to the production facility with the opportunity to test Niva SUVs in real off-road conditions.
As part of the project, tourists can go on a one-day expedition in the Samara region, choosing routes of varying difficulty with sandy, rocky, muddy sections and water crossings. For this, "LADA Service" has prepared four models - Niva Sport, Niva Bronto and Niva Travel. The cars are equipped with mud tires, mounts for a winch and towbar, as well as high jacks, additional fuel, a shovel and a spare wheel.
The tour costs 30,000 rubles. This amount includes SUV rental, life insurance, fuel, meals, travel on toll roads and guide services. The project allows you not only to get acquainted with the production, but also to personally assess the capabilities of the Lada Niva Legend in extreme conditions, which makes it attractive for outdoor enthusiasts.
