The Chinese Ministry of Industry has revealed details of the iCAR V27 SUV, which will become an export model for markets including Russia. Sales in our country will start in 2026. The car is positioned as a competitor to the Toyota Land Cruiser, combining retro style with modern technology. The design is inspired by the square shapes of the Land Rover and Land Cruiser 250, with decorative inserts on the fenders, rear pillars, a spoiler on the rear door, and a storage box.
The dimensions of the iCAR V27 exceed those of the Land Cruiser 250: length 5055 mm, width 1976 mm, height 1894 mm, wheelbase 2910 mm. This ensures a spacious interior and increased cross-country ability. All-wheel drive is implemented with two electric motors, which guarantees confident traction on various surfaces. The model is focused on comfort in the city and beyond, with an emphasis on practicality.
The hybrid power plant includes a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 143 hp in combination with electric motors, with a total power of 455 hp. The range on electric power reaches 200 km, which minimizes fuel consumption.
