Former General Director of the aircraft manufacturing company PJSC "Yakovlev," Andrey Boginsky, has taken the position of head of the Russian company Aurus, which is engaged in the production of luxury cars.
Information about this appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
In this role, Boginsky replaced Andrey Pankov, who had been the head of Aurus since the end of 2022. Boginsky left his post at "Yakovlev" in November 2024.
Since May 2021, Aurus cars have been mass-produced at the Aurus plant in Yelabuga in the Republic of Tatarstan. Aurus is the official car of the President of Russia.
The composition of the owners of Aurus LLC is not disclosed. According to data in open sources, the main owners in 2024 are the FSUE "NAMI" (63.5%), which is subordinate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Arab fund Tawazun (36%).
