Among cars with diesel engines in Russia, the absolute leader in reliability is the Genesis GV70, with owners seeking service only in 2% of cases. This was reported by Yulia Trushkova, Service Director at Rolf.
In second place is the Hyundai Staria minivan, and in third place is the Genesis GV80 (3% each). Next are the Audi Q8 (4%), BMW X7 (5%), as well as the BMW X2, Toyota Fortuner, and Hyundai Palisade (around 6% each).
Cars with diesel engines generally demonstrate high reliability. The overall percentage of service center visits due to malfunctions for these cars is 16%.
Among diesel cars whose owners most frequently visited service centers, the anti-leader is the Dodge Journey with 100% of visits. The situation is slightly better with the Toyota Corolla, for which the proportion of visits reached 88%.
