The most expensive parking space has been put up for sale in Moscow. Its price is 53 million rubles, which is comparable to the cost of a business class apartment.
The parking space is located on the minus first floor of a residential complex near the Kremlin. The total area is 18.9 m². It also comes with two cellars for storing things - 6.2 and 9.2 m².
Auto experts note that such lots are interesting not only as a place for a car, but also as an element of the status of the owner of housing in prestigious areas of the capital.
The list of the most expensive parking spaces includes another offer in the same residential complex for 45.8 million rubles. The top three is closed by a site of 24.8 m² in another Moscow residential complex, estimated at 44.1 million rubles.
The price is influenced by the area, technical features and parking availability ratio. The fewer parking spaces in the complex, the higher the value of each of them.
