The Gislaved brand, which came under the management of the Russian holding company Cordiant, has introduced new winter tires for the 2025–2026 season.
The lineup includes two studded models — Gislaved IceControl and Gislaved SpikeControl, as well as the non-studded Gislaved ArcticControl. In addition, the popular Nord Frost 200 and Soft Frost 200 remain on the market.
The Gislaved IceControl model is an updated version of the Continental ContiIceContact 2 and is offered in 36 sizes — from 185/60 R15 to 295/40 R21. Gislaved SpikeControl, based on the Bridgestone Blizzak Spike-02, is available in 44 variants from 175/70 R13 to 265/50 R20. The non-studded ArcticControl, developed on the IceControl base, is produced in 41 sizes — from 185/65 R15 to 275/45 R21.
Production of the new tires has been established at Cordiant's facilities in Kaluga and Ulyanovsk, previously owned by Continental and Bridgestone, respectively.
