According to him, as soon as the car stopped, it moved from the category of administrative law to the category of civil law.
That is, you and I can get drunk in the car while it is standing. Punishment comes for driving a car while intoxicated.
As a reminder, from January 1, 2025, the fine for driving a vehicle while intoxicated increased from 30 thousand to 45 thousand rubles.
The accompanying punishment in the form of deprivation of a driver's license for up to two years remained unchanged.
