At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, Toyota unveiled the concept of the future Corolla, which became one of the most discussed premieres of the event. The model symbolizes a new stage in the evolution of the legendary sedan and demonstrates a fresh look of the brand at design and technology.
The concept differs from the current twelfth-generation Corolla with clear body lines and concise proportions characteristic of electric vehicles. At the front, there are wide LED headlights and a narrow air intake in the lower part of the bumper, and the traditional radiator grille has disappeared. At the rear, there is a neat "duck tail" spoiler and a embossed bumper with a license plate in the center.
Toyota has not yet disclosed the specifications, but confirms that the new Corolla will retain the company's philosophy of versatility - both hybrid and fully electric versions are expected in the lineup. Given the life cycle of the current generation, the debut of the production model is likely in 2026.
