The fourth-generation Geely Emgrand sedan has lost its manual transmission version in the Russian market. All mentions of configurations with manual transmission have disappeared from official price lists and from the Geely Motors website. Now the model is available exclusively with a 6-speed "automatic".
Previously, the Emgrand was sold in Standard MT and Comfort MT versions at a price of 2.18 to 2.24 million rubles (or 1.58-1.65 million rubles, taking into account temporary discounts). After the update, only Comfort, Luxury and Flagship versions with automatic transmission remained on sale, the cost of which now varies from 2.39 to 2.66 million rubles without special offers. With maximum discounts, prices are reduced to 1.84-2.11 million rubles.
The abandonment of the "mechanics" actually confirms the imminent curtailment of sales of the model. Only 2024 model year cars remain in dealers' warehouses, and new deliveries, apparently, have been discontinued. This is logical, given the appearance in Russia of its analogue - the Belgee S50 sedan of Belarusian assembly, which is gradually replacing the Geely Emgrand in the market.
