One of the rarest domestic station wagons, the Lada Largus VIP, was spotted in the parking lot of a dealership in Tolyatti. This version was developed in 2014 specifically for the management of AvtoVAZ and never received a serial continuation.
Only 32 cars were produced, so the appearance of such a car in real operation is an exceptional case.
The premium modification differs from the standard Largus with a black roof, proprietary 15-inch wheels, and a deeply redesigned interior.
Instead of the usual rear sofa, two separate seats with heating, armrests, and a 20 cm rearward shift for extra comfort are installed. The interior is finished in leather and Alcantara, and a wooden insert is used in the center console.
Improved sound insulation makes the ride noticeably quieter than in the regular versions of the model.
The Largus VIP is equipped with a 102-horsepower Renault engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. More powerful options were also considered during development - a 1.8-liter engine with 122 hp and a 2.0-liter unit from the Duster with 135 hp, but these versions were never released.
