AvtoVAZ will reduce the production of Lada cars in 2025 to 325 thousand units. This was announced by the head of the company, Maxim Sokolov.
According to him, the automaker has adjusted its plans taking into account actual demand and real sales volumes. For comparison, in 2024, AvtoVAZ produced almost 525.6 thousand Lada cars.
We, of course, see the bar for 2025, we even look far beyond the ribbon, and we can confidently say that the figure at the end will be almost 325 thousand cars.
In November, Sokolov said that the automaker could produce about 400 thousand cars in 2026, provided that the total market for new passenger cars in the Russian Federation during this period will be the projected 1.5 million units.
