A new charging hub for electric vehicles has opened in the Lefortovo district of Moscow. The new complex has a capacity of 1.5 MW. It can charge 20 cars simultaneously.
The Moscow Department of Transportation noted that the complex can serve up to 500 cars per day.
It has nine fast charging stations of 120 kW each, with the possibility of simultaneously charging two cars from each.
There is also a high-power station (240 kW) where you can quickly charge electric vehicles with batteries of different capacities. The stations have three types of connectors - GB/T, NACS, and CCS Combo 2.
The Department of Transportation noted that the hub operates around the clock, has convenient access roads and wide parking spaces, a cafe, and a restroom. A service center for minor maintenance and diagnostics of electric vehicles is planned to be located on the territory. The hub was built by PJSC Mosenergo in partnership with the Moscow Department of Transportation.
The first charging hub for electric vehicles ("Yuzhny") opened in Moscow at the end of February 2025.
