During the New Year holidays, parking on the streets of Moscow will be free until January 10, but this does not exempt drivers from complying with the rules. If the car was parked in violation, it will be evacuated by decision of the Moscow Administrative Road Inspection (MADI).
You can find out where the car was taken around the clock by calling +7 (495) 539-54-54 or 3210 from a mobile phone, as well as through the "Parking of Russia" application. Permission to return the car is issued at the special parking lots of the State Institution "AMMP".
There are several special parking lots in Moscow: Odoyevsky Avenue, 3; Entuziastov Avenue, 3; Vagonoremontnaya Street, 4A (all - around the clock); Dubovoy Roschi Avenue, 7A; Sosenskoye settlement, quarter No. 7 (the last two - from 10:00 to 22:00).
It is important to note that the MADI reception on Bolshaya Pochtovaya Street is closed until January 11, so all questions regarding evacuation during the holidays are resolved remotely or through special parking lots.
From January 11, street parking will switch to Sunday mode: free almost everywhere, except for zones with tariffs of 380, 450 and 600 rubles per hour, as well as sections with a dynamic tariff. Parking lots with barriers remain paid daily.
