In 2025, AvtoVAZ sold over seven thousand units of the new Lada Iskra. This was announced by the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov.
Sales of Lada Iskra began on July 20, 2025, on the 59th anniversary of the company.
The first cars were sent to dealerships in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Tolyatti.
Lada Iskra is a B-segment car, occupying the market niche between Granta and Vesta.
The model is offered with three powertrain options — a 1.6-liter engine (90 hp with a 5-speed manual transmission, a 1.6-liter engine (106 hp) with a 6-speed manual transmission, and a 1.6-liter engine (106 hp) with an automatic transmission. The localization of Lada Iskra exceeds 90%.
Lada Iskra is currently sold without discounts or promotions, and the real conditions strongly depend on the region and the appetites of the specific dealer. In some places, you can get the car at the official price and without imposed options, while in others, tens of thousands of rubles are automatically added to the price for additional equipment.
