Spare parts for Chinese cars break cost records

In Russia, prices for spare parts for Chinese cars included in the insurance basket have increased by 11.5% over the year. This is reported by the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAII) in a recent report.

In January 2026, the average cost of a set of spare parts for Chinese cars reached 75 thousand rubles. A year earlier, the figure was 67.3 thousand rubles.

The largest increase in price was demonstrated by airbags - plus 41.7%. Rearview mirrors also rose in price significantly, their price increased by 28%. Headlights became more expensive by 23.2%, windshields - by 20.8%.

The decrease was recorded only for one item. The average cost of front shock absorber struts decreased by 4.8%.
