From March 14, the cost of travel on the Moscow High-Speed Diameter has increased by 2 rubles and now amounts to 15 rubles per section. This tariff indexation is the second in 2026: the previous adjustment occurred on January 2.

The Moscow High-Speed Diameter is divided into nine sections. The cost of travel through them is summed up over the course of a day, after which the driver is issued a single bill. Payment is generated within five days after the trip.

The fee is charged only on weekdays during peak hours: from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. At other times, as well as on weekends, travel remains free. Since March 14 and 15 fall on weekends, the actual application of the new tariff will begin on Monday, March 16.

The cost of transit travel along the route Central Ring Road — Moscow High-Speed Diameter — Central Ring Road has not changed and amounts to 950 rubles for travel within 24 hours.

The tariffs do not apply to vehicles of emergency services, postal and utility vehicles, city transport, school buses, as well as taxis licensed in Moscow and the Moscow region — for them, travel on the Moscow High-Speed Diameter remains free.
