Lukoil Gas Stations, Lukoil for Business, and Teboil simultaneously disappeared from the Apple store. When attempting to open the app pages, a message appears stating that they are unavailable in the region. The company itself confirmed the disappearance of its programs from the App Store but did not provide a reason.

For those who already have the apps installed on their iPhone, the situation is not critical yet. Lukoil recommends not deleting the programs and disabling automatic offloading of unused apps in the App Store settings. Installed versions continue to work.

If the app has already been deleted or was not installed in time, loyalty program members can use the web version. After logging in to the website, the card's QR code, bonus balance, and transaction history are available. New members can register by phone number directly at the gas station.

However, the disappearance affected only the App Store. Lukoil apps remain available in other app stores, including RuStore and AppGallery.

The reason for the removal is currently unknown. It is premature to link the incident to specific Apple restrictions without an official comment.
