Serial production of Lada Iskra cars has begun at the Avtozavod St. Petersburg production site. Locally assembled cars have begun to be shipped to the Lada dealer network.
At the current stage of the project, Lada Iskra assembly kits arrive at the Avtozavod St. Petersburg. This refers to a separate painted body and separately - engines, chassis, interior elements and other components.
On the assembly line, production operations are carried out to install the instrument panel, sound insulation, ESP, seat belts, internal trim of the trunk and interior, pre-assembly of the front suspension and engine is performed, bumpers, moldings and wheels are mounted.
The assembled car rolls off the assembly line to the quality inspection line. Specialists assess the compliance of the exterior and interior with the criteria established at the factory, adjust the light, adjust the suspension and calibrate the systems.
