The Public Chamber (PC) proposed to provide large families with free cars. This was stated by Deputy Secretary of the PC Vladislav Grib.
In his opinion, this will greatly facilitate the delivery of children to schools, kindergartens and clubs. As an alternative, it will be possible to provide a mortgage with a zero interest rate for ten years.
AvtoVAZ will be loaded, and large families will be provided for.
He recalled that he had previously proposed allocating free apartments to large families for 15 years with the possibility of privatization.
Grib proposed to conduct an experiment and implement it at the level of the subject, for example,"where we have problems with the birth rate."
