The European Union sanctions will not affect the activities of AvtoVAZ. This was stated in the press service of the domestic manufacturer.
The company emphasized that they do not cooperate with counterparties from the European Union, therefore, the restrictions will not affect production and supplies.
Earlier, the European Union, as part of the 19th package of anti-Russian sanctions, imposed restrictive measures against AvtoVAZ and its president, Maxim Sokolov. The corresponding document was published in the official journal of the EU.
Despite political restrictions, AvtoVAZ continues to expand the range of Lada models and launch new localization projects.
The company focuses on import substitution and increasing technological independence.
