Medium-duty Gazon Next trucks have begun to be equipped with an Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Earlier this year, it was introduced on light commercial vehicles Gazelle NN, Gazelle Next, and Sobol NN.
The ESC system helps prevent skidding on slippery roads. The standard equipment of Gazon Next already includes an anti-lock braking system (ABS) with an electronic brake force distribution system.
In addition, the list of electronic assistants has been supplemented by an anti-slip regulation (ASR) and a hill-start assist system (HSA). The former, among other things, performs the function of electronic imitation of differential locking, facilitating the start of the car on dirty or icy roads.
Gazon Next is available with three wheelbase options (from 3770 to 5150 mm) with a payload of 4.6 tons to 5.6 tons and a gross weight of 8.7 tons or 10 tons.
The vehicles are equipped with YaMZ engines, 5- or 6-speed manual gearboxes, pneumatic or leaf spring rear suspension. The cabin is offered in three- or seven-seat versions.
