The start of production of the new Lada Azimut crossover is scheduled for the summer of 2026. This was reported by the press service of AvtoVAZ.
The domestic manufacturer also shared information about other new Lada models planned for next year.
Thus, in 2026, the premiere of the updated classic Lada Niva Legend SUV will take place, which will receive a 1.8-liter engine.
In addition, Lada Vesta Sport should debut next year.
The Lada Azimut crossover was first presented in June 2025 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). One of the main and unusual features of the model was the electric heating of the front side windows.
