AvtoVAZ has transferred 33 electric vans to SUE Mosgortrans, which will be used for prompt repair and maintenance of the infrastructure of наземного городского транспорта Москвы. The official handover of the electric vehicles took place at the Mitino electric bus depot.
The new cars will replenish the technical fleet, which ensures the smooth operation of city routes.
Lada e-Largus became the first Russian electric car with a deeply localized battery. Traction batteries were developed and manufactured in Russia.
Control and thermostatic systems are also of domestic origin. The electric vehicle is produced at the Lada Izhevsk site in a full cycle — with welding, body painting and final assembly.
Lada e-Largus is equipped with a synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets with a peak power of up to one hundred and twenty kilowatts. Two lithium-ion batteries are located in the engine compartment and under the floor of the body. This solution made it possible to completely preserve the useful volume of the luggage compartment — up to 2540 liters.
A digital display is installed on the dashboard, which displays the status of the electric vehicle systems, the charge level and the power reserve. In the urban cycle, it reaches about 320 kilometers.
