AvtoVAZ demonstrated the interior of the pre-production Lada Azimut crossover. The interior was shown in Moscow during a press conference on the results of 2025, and it completely repeats the design of the prototype presented earlier at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2025. The car received a bright orange interior, which is clearly designed for emotional perception and noticeably distinguishes the model from other cars of the brand.
The main feature of the front panel is a single display that combines a digital instrument panel and a multimedia system. This solution has already become familiar to many modern crossovers, including Chinese models, and has now reached AvtoVAZ novelties. The screen is visually elongated horizontally and forms a solid digital unit that sets the style for the entire interior.
The steering wheel received an unusual shape with a trimmed top and bottom, but at the same time remained closer to the classic steering wheel, and not a "steering wheel". It is trimmed with leather in two colors - black and orange, to match the seats. A similar combined steering wheel was previously used only on the Lada Aura. The exhibition copy also featured an automatic transmission, electronic parking brake, climate control, multi-steering wheel and a driving mode selection system.
The start of sales of Lada Azimut is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, and mass production will begin a quarter earlier.
