The updated Toyota Corolla, which debuted in the fall of 2025 at the Guangzhou Motor Show, will soon be available for sale in Russia. According to Nikolai Ivanov, director of the new car sales department at Rolf, the new model will be a welcome addition to the market: previous versions of the Corolla have consistently been in high demand among Russian car enthusiasts.
In the Russian market, the sedan will be available in two versions: with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine and a hybrid powertrain with a 1.8-liter engine. The cost of the car has not yet been disclosed, but current prices for the pre-styling Corolla start from 2.5 million rubles.
The main changes concern the exterior: the front of the car received a new design with a single block of C-shaped headlights, and the bumper and air intakes have been updated. At the rear, the changes are minimal - the lights are slightly darkened. The model for the Chinese and international markets is produced at the FAW-Toyota joint venture.
