The most popular new passenger car in the Moscow market at the end of 2025 was the Belgee X50 crossover. This was reported by experts from the AUTOSTAT agency with reference to data from JSC "PPK". Over the year, 8,061 cars of this model were sold in the capital.
The second place in the model ranking was taken by the Geely Monjaro crossover with a result of 7,406 cars sold. The third position was taken by the Belgee X70, which sold 6,020 units. In fourth place was the Haval Jolion with a figure of 5,257 cars, and the top five was closed by the LADA Granta — 3,412 cars.
The top ten most popular models in the Moscow market also included Geely Atlas, Haval F7, Changan UNI-S/CS55 Plus, Chery Arrizo 8 and Solaris HC. Geely remained the leader among brands in the capital: 17,071 cars of this brand were sold in Moscow during the year. Next come Haval and Belgee with results of 16,733 and 14,733 cars, respectively. The top 5 brands also included LADA (9,773 units) and Chery (9,345 units).
In total, 172.1 thousand new passenger cars were sold in the Moscow market in 2025, which is 15% less than the year before. According to AUTOSTAT, 57% of sales were accounted for by Chinese brands. For comparison, in 2024 their share was 69%. At the same time, the share of Belarusian, German, Russian and Japanese brands increased within 1.5–4.5 percentage points.
