The car was purchased on credit in August 2025. During the transaction, the client was offered to sign an additional agreement — a license agreement for the "Auto Assistant" service costing 192,000 rubles. According to the case materials, the buyer could not refuse it, and the amount was automatically debited from his credit account.

After the deal, the motorist went to court. He demanded the return of money for the imposed service, recovery of interest for the use of other people's funds, a fine of 50% of the disputed amount, as well as compensation for moral damage in the amount of 30,000 rubles.

The court agreed with the plaintiff's arguments and recognized the service as imposed. As a result, the car dealership was charged the full cost of the contract — 192,000 rubles, a fine of 96,000 rubles, compensation for moral damage — 10,000 rubles, as well as interest for the use of other people's funds in the amount of 3,400 rubles.
