Sales of new cars in the 8th week amounted to 19.9 thousand units. This is 8% more than the week before, and 7% higher than the same week in 2025. At the same time, a volume of less than 20 thousand cars per full week indicates a weak dynamics in February: the forecast for the month is less than 80 thousand cars.
Sales of light commercial vehicles (LCV up to 3.5 tons) went into positive territory after a decline. 1242 units were sold, 20% more than the week before. Nevertheless, in annual terms, the segment remains in the red: the decrease is 17% compared to the same week last year.
The segment of trucks also showed growth. 937 cars were sold during the week, 4% more than the week before. However, in relation to last year, the dynamics are negative: minus 30%.
