Tank will start selling the updated Tank 700 Hi4-Z SUV on March 30: the model has received a new design, a hybrid system, and lidar.

The new model is part of the Great Wall Motor lineup. The start of sales was announced by the head of the company, Wei Jianjun. On the launch day, he will conduct a test drive in Shanghai and a live broadcast.

Externally, the Tank 700 Hi4-Z differs from the base version. There are ventilation slots on the hood and a new three-section front bumper. The SUV also received extended arches, increased ground clearance, and wheels with a diameter of 20 or 21 inches.

A key technological feature is the lidar on the roof, which ensures the operation of driver assistance systems.

The length of the car is 5105 mm, the wheelbase is 3000 mm. The model is capable of towing a trailer weighing up to 2.5 tons.

The power plant includes a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 248 hp as part of the Hi4-Z hybrid system. A 59.05 kWh battery allows you to drive up to 190 km on electric power. The declared fuel consumption is 8.5 liters per 100 km.
