"Not a chauffeur, not a taxi driver": wedding procession attracted attention with unusual composition

An unusual wedding procession in the Chinese city of Huaibei attracted attention: the groom used nine sewage trucks along with cars.

The event took place on March 28 in Huaibei, Anhui Province. The wedding procession included six cars and nine sewage trucks.

The groom, Pan Haonan, chose this format for a reason. His father has been in the sewage collection business for over 20 years. After graduating from university, Pan Haonan could not immediately find a stable job and eventually joined the family business.

According to Chinese media, he not only manages the business, but also works as a driver of sewage trucks himself. At the same time, in everyday life, the man uses a Mercedes-Benz car.

The bride supported the idea of an unusual motorcade. According to her, the format seemed "innovative." Additionally, the couple reduced wedding expenses: the groom's colleagues provided special equipment for free.

The story has become widespread in the media and social networks, making the wedding famous outside of China.
