The Russian car brand Umo has for the first time revealed the price of its new full-size crossover, the Umo 8. According to information on the company's official website, the price of the hybrid model starts from 5 million rubles.
The new model is a full-size family crossover, 4.9 m long, with a hybrid powertrain producing a total of 340 hp. The car accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds, and its maximum range reaches 867 km.
As previously reported, the Umo 8 is based on the Chinese GAC S7, but the Russian version received its own brand, factory anti-corrosion treatment, and an extended winter package designed for operation in Russian conditions.
The interior features Nappa leather trim, ventilated and massage seats, as well as a modern set of electronic driver assistance systems.
It is noteworthy that the declared cost of the Umo 8 turned out to be lower than the price of the original GAC S7, which is offered on the Russian market for approximately 5.8 million rubles.
