At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2025, AvtoVAZ presented its newest flagship crossover, named Lada Azimut. Mass production of this model is scheduled for 2026.
The novelty is based on an improved Lada Vesta platform. Engineers worked on strengthening the structure and increasing the wheelbase, which led to a noticeable increase in the car's dimensions.
According to the editor-in-chief of "Za Rulem," Maxim Kadakov, Azimut is a significant success for AvtoVAZ. The appearance of the car demonstrates meticulous work and a desire to create a truly attractive and original car.
Minor details require refinement, but overall, the car already corresponds to the original concept of the developers. I am sure that this crossover will find its buyer and will be in demand in the market, but the key factor for success will be its price.
