Lada Granta topped the ranking of the most popular new cars in Russia at the end of 2025. This conclusion was reached by experts at Avito Auto, after analyzing supply and demand in the market and comparing the figures with 2024.
The greatest interest of buyers in 2025 was in cars of the brands Lada, Haval, Chery, Geely and Changan. Among the specific models, the leaders in demand were Lada Granta, Haval Jolion, Lada Vesta and Niva Legend, as well as Haval M6, Jetour Dashing, Chery Tiggo 4, Omoda C5, Geely Monjaro and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max.
Among the relatively new brands, the most significant growth in interest over the year was shown by SWM (4.7 times), Evolute (2.9 times), Knewstar (+59%), Xcite (+49%) and Solaris (+9%). The absolute leader in terms of demand dynamics among models was Solaris HC, interest in which increased by 2.4 times. SWM G01F and Evolute i-Space were also rapidly gaining popularity.
Every eighth new car on the platform was a Lada brand — 13.2% of all listings. Chery, Haval, Geely and Omoda follow. Most often, sellers put up Lada Granta, Omoda C5, Jaecoo J7, Haval Jolion and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max.
Compared to 2024, the supply of Chery, Geely, Changan and Exeed cars has grown the most. Experts note that Chinese brands have finally gained a foothold in the market, and buyers have become more confident in models and configurations.
