"M.Video" intends to expand its assortment of equipment for sale with cargo transport, tractors, and campers. Tires, wheels, oils, and auto parts will also appear on the platform. The company is considering the possibility of launching in-house car financing, which will allow customers to buy cars using borrowed funds.
This was reported at the forum "Russian Automotive Market. Trends and Forecasts," organized by the AUTOSTAT agency, by Oleg Yunyaev, head of the Auto/Moto categories at "M.Video." The project is being implemented with the support of E.Car.
In 2025, "M.Video" chose a new marketplace development strategy and opened the automotive equipment category. First, electric vehicles appeared on the platform, then motorcycles and internal combustion engine cars became available.
At the end of 2025, sales of automotive goods on the marketplace grew by 22% in monetary terms compared with 2024. In January, the indicator increased by 77% relative to January 2025.
There are currently 13 automotive brands represented on the platform. Among them are three domestic ones — LADA, Moskvich, and TENET. In the future, it is planned to launch sales of Korean and European brands.
