AGR Holding manages the former Volkswagen plants in Kaluga and Hyundai in the Northern capital.
JSC "AK Invest" was founded at the end of April by Andrey Zhukov, the founder and general director of the IT company "Three Points". His company also develops services for car dealers and car owners.
The holding's plant in St. Petersburg produced 18.25 thousand Solaris cars in the first half of the year. 12.28 thousand cars were sold, and 10.4 thousand were registered.
Based on sales results for the six months of 2025, the brand is consistently among the top 10 best-selling brands in the Russian market.
