Well-forgotten old: Iran starts production of an analogue of Renault Logan I

Saipa plant has established the assembly of the Pars Nova model

Iranian auto giant Saipa has launched the assembly line of the Pars Khodro Cadilla P90 car, which will be marketed under the name Pars Nova. In fact, this is an analogue of the first generation Renault Logan, but with a deep restyling and a widely localized component base.

Under the hood of the new car is an atmospheric 1.6 engine with 113 horsepower paired with a manual transmission; an automatic transmission is not yet provided. The car received a more aggressive appearance, the interior features climate control, multimedia with a touch screen and a color instrument panel. The price and date of the start of sales have not yet been disclosed.
