Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, which in August launched the production of frames for Sollers pickups on a new production line, does not plan to transfer the manufacture of spar structures for UAZ "Pickup", "Patriot" and "Profi" models to it.
At the facilities of UAZ-Stamping Production LLC, a new production line with modern equipment was launched in August for the production of frames for Sollers ST6, ST8 and ST9 pickups.
The company noted that the line will significantly increase the automation of production processes, ensuring stability and high geometric accuracy.
Frames for UAZ vehicles are also manufactured at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant site using modern equipment that meets all standards and guarantees high quality products.
However, if necessary, it will be easy to load the Sollers line with parts for UAZ vehicles - it is enough to change the settings of the welding jigs and adapt the capacity for the production of a structural element for any model.
