A rare VAZ-2102, which rolled off the assembly line in 1971, has been put up for sale in Russia. The owner asked for 6 million rubles for the car.
The unique specimen has undergone a comprehensive restoration. Under the hood is an engine with a volume of 1.2 liters and a power of 64 hp, corresponding to the factory parameters. The car's mileage is 10 thousand km, which significantly increases the collectible value of the car.
In the ad, the seller noted that he was selling off a personal collection of retro cars and appealed to potential buyers with a request "not to bother the unprepared," hinting that the car is intended for true connoisseurs.
The VAZ-2102 model was produced from 1971 to 1986, with 670 thousand station wagons rolling off the assembly line. In the 90s, these cars were actively used in trade for the transportation of goods.
