The Chinese car market in Russia continues to grow rapidly: today, you can find dozens of crossover models in the country, from premium to budget ones. The publication "Auto News of the Day" has prepared a list of the ten most affordable SUVs from China that can be purchased for less than two million rubles.
Livan X3 Pro
The cheapest crossover on the Russian market remains the Livan X3 Pro. Despite the recent price increase, the 2023 model costs 1,489,900 rubles, including a direct discount of 180,000 rubles, and the 2024 version will cost approximately 200,000 more. The model is equipped with a 1.5-liter 103-horsepower naturally aspirated engine and a CVT. The basic configuration includes 16-inch wheels, a multi-steering wheel, parking sensors, front airbags, a built-in DVR, and multimedia with an 8-inch display.
JAC JS3
In second place is the JAC JS3, which starts at 1,549,000 rubles, including a discount under the manufacturer's program. For this price, the buyer receives a version with a manual transmission and a 1.5-liter 109-horsepower engine. Equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, parking sensors, a stabilization system, and an audio system with four speakers.
Bestune T55
Next is the Bestune T55 from FAW, one of the most technologically advanced representatives of the rating. With a discount of 700,000 rubles, the crossover can be purchased for 1,711,000 rubles. Under the hood is a 1.5-liter engine with 124 hp, working with a seven-speed "robot". Already in the base there is LED optics, a sunroof, climate control, multimedia with a 12.3-inch screen and a whole complex of security systems.
Haval Jolion
The fourth line is occupied by Haval Jolion, the undisputed sales leader among Chinese crossovers in Russia. The basic Comfort version is estimated at 1,799,000 rubles and is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 143 hp with a seven-speed "robot". Standard equipment includes climate and cruise control, multimedia with a 10-inch screen and 17-inch alloy wheels.
The fifth position went to DFSK 500, a compact crossover, which costs 1,899,000 rubles. The model received a 1.5-liter engine with 106 hp and a CVT. Inside there is eco-leather trim, a multi-steering wheel, multimedia with a 7-inch display and an extensive set of driver assistance systems.
Dongfeng 580
Dongfeng 580 costs the same, the only seven-seater crossover in the ranking. It is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 145 hp, a CVT and front-wheel drive. The standard equipment includes a rear-view camera, parking sensors, a keyless entry system, multimedia with a 9-inch screen and front airbags.
BAIC X7
In seventh place is the BAIC X7, which can be purchased for 1,940,000 rubles. This Russian-assembled crossover is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 180 hp and a seven-speed "robot". Equipment includes LED optics, 18-inch wheels, a 7-inch digital instrument panel, climate control, a surround view system and a multimedia display of 12.3 inches.
Livan X6 Pro
The eighth line is occupied by Livan X6 Pro. The 2023 model costs 1,944,000 rubles, including a discount. It is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 147 hp and a DCT "robot". Standard equipment includes a digital instrument panel and multimedia with 12.3-inch screens, LED optics and a complex of electronic assistants.
Bestune T77
Ninth on the list is the Bestune T77, another representative of the FAW brand. The cost of the 2023 model in the Luxury version starts from 1,924,000 rubles. The crossover is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 160 hp, a seven-speed "robot" and front-wheel drive. Of the equipment - LED optics, a rear-view camera, 18-inch wheels, climate control and a new telematics system.
SWM G01
SWM G01 closes the top ten, the assembly of which is налажена at the Kaliningrad "Avtotor". Its price is from 1,954,500 rubles. The car is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 139 hp and a seven-speed robotic gearbox. Among the basic options are LED optics, heated seats, eco-leather interior, multimedia, parking sensors and cruise control.
In the end, we can answer that Chinese manufacturers still offer a wide selection of budget crossovers that are able to compete with Russian models. Most of them are equipped with modern technologies and comfortable options.
