The opening of a new enterprise for the production of all-terrain vehicles under the name "Zvezda" took place in the city of Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Previously, the cars were produced in Bogorodsk under the trademark "Rusak", but after the relocation of production facilities, the company decided to rebrand.
The firstborn of the new model range was the eight-wheeled all-terrain vehicle "Zvezda T24", designed for 28 seats. The car is suitable for operation in difficult climatic conditions of the northern regions. It can be used as a tourist bus, a means of communication between settlements, or transport for shift crews.
The all-terrain vehicle is equipped with a YaMZ-534 4.4-liter turbodiesel engine, an 8x8 all-wheel drive system with differential locking, and a mechanical transmission.
A distinctive feature of "Zvezda" is the ability to move on water, which significantly expands the scope of application. Two fuel tanks with a volume of 350 liters each provide a range of up to 1000 km.
The estimated cost of "Zvezda T24" starts from 21 million rubles, but the final price varies depending on the individual wishes of the client and the selected configuration.
