Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) will begin the first stages of assembling and producing Volga cars by the spring of 2026, according to First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.
The Deputy Head of the Russian Government did not comment on the possibility of attracting a Chinese partner to this project.
